Terms of Service

1. Our service and these terms

AgentRally is provided by VStream Technology Limited, a Hong Kong company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. AgentRally is an independent service and is not operated or endorsed by Meta.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibilities

Provide accurate account details and protect login credentials and API tokens. Workspace owners manage members and their permissions. Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage, and notify us promptly if an account or token may be compromised. You are responsible for instructions and actions authorized through your workspace, including those submitted by connected tools.

3. Meta connections and platform limits

Connected features depend on granted permissions, supported account types, Meta policies, API availability and messaging windows. Facebook publishing is for connected Pages, Instagram requires a professional account, and Threads does not provide private messaging through this service. A feature being available does not authorize unsolicited messages, access to unrelated private data or bypassing platform restrictions.

4. AI output and automated actions

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular audience. Review content, recipients, schedules, keyword rules and budgets before enabling actions. Rules or tools you authorize may act automatically within their permissions. You remain responsible for lawful instructions and appropriate oversight; we do not guarantee engagement, sales, advertising results or the accuracy of AI output.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, intellectual property infringement or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal data. Do not bypass access controls, use another workspace’s credentials, distribute malware or interfere with service security. Follow applicable laws and the policies of each connected platform.

6. Your content and data

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to deliver the features you request, including delivery to connected platforms and selected providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that use. Our software and branding remain ours or our licensors’. Personal data handling and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Prices, taxes, included usage, billing cycles and renewal conditions are shown in the applicable plan and checkout information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Meta advertising spend and any separately contracted AI services are separate from the AgentRally subscription. Do not enable a paid service unless you are authorized to incur its charges.

Manage available subscription changes and cancellation in your account’s billing settings, or contact support. The displayed effective date determines when a change takes effect. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete your account or historical data. Refund requests are handled under the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

8. Availability and third-party services

Maintenance, outages, expired authorization, rate limits or third-party changes may delay or prevent a task. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every scheduled action will succeed. Monitor task results and keep independent copies of important content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms; their approval of an app does not mean they endorse AgentRally.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service, disconnect accounts and request account or data deletion through support. We may restrict access where needed to address a material breach, non-payment, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and how to seek review; urgent protective action may occur first. Ending access does not retract content already delivered to social platforms.

10. Responsibility and your legal rights

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful instructions, unauthorized disclosure of credentials or third-party events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support with a service dispute so we can investigate.

11. Changes and contact

We publish revised terms with an updated effective date and communicate material changes through appropriate service notices before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. Contact the support team below with questions about these terms, billing or account closure.
