Data deletion instructions

1. Delete your AgentRally account

Sign in, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Review the workspaces and data affected, verify your current password or linked Google identity, and enter an Authenticator code if enabled. Type DELETE and confirm the deletion scope before submitting.

Account deletion removes your personal profile, login identities and memberships, invalidates sessions and revokes API tokens you created. Data in solely owned workspaces is removed, including stored platform credentials, content, conversations and automation rules. Workspaces owned by others retain their business records.

2. Before you delete

If an owned workspace has other members, transfer ownership through support first. Paid subscriptions must be confirmed cancelled, pending checkouts resolved, and in-progress or uncertain publishing and advertising actions settled before deletion can proceed. The confirmation page lists any blocking items. Contact support if you need help.

3. Request deletion without signing in

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Describe whether you want to delete an AgentRally account, a workspace or data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads or Meta Ads. Include your registration email or the connected account name if known, and enough information to locate the relevant data. Never send passwords or access tokens.

People who commented on or messaged a connected social account can use the same contact even without an AgentRally login. We verify identity and authority, coordinate with the workspace owner where appropriate, and confirm the outcome or explain any necessary retention within applicable legal time limits.

4. What deletion does and does not remove

Disconnecting a social account only clears the local authorization and stops related operations; it does not itself delete all stored history. Deleting data from AgentRally does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, Threads or Google account, retract published content or ads, cancel Meta ad spending, or erase independent copies held by other recipients.

Minimal anonymized audit, anti-abuse and billing verification records may remain where needed. Media object deletion is retried if storage is temporarily unavailable, and backups may remain until their retention cycle ends. We do not describe an account as recoverable after deletion.
